Exterior cladding is .050 extruded aluminum on sash and frames, fit and finish of units I’ve seen are excellent, and their casement sash locks are quite special.
The price seems really right, too.

I am building a home and will be using Windsor. My supplier, who is a good friend of mine and also a dealer for Jeld Wen and Weathershield, recommended Windsor. The company has been making windows for over 50 years and that certainly is important. As you noted, there is a significant cost savings, as well.

Yup, the last log home I finished in NC, had all those. I had to replace sidelights that came w/o grills, and the french doors seemed pretty good but hard to adjust the hinges..
All in all real good deal, I feel. I'd put em in my house.

I used there sliding windows and casements and they held up fine. I'm with Shere on the the French doors. Mine came with adjustable hinges which I just couldn't get tweeked to my satisfaction. If I recall correctly the Windsor windows were about 40% less than a leading brand (P....a).
