Huh?
That must be another coded message I can't figure out. Here in the wilds of NC AR it is 73 degrees, sweaty out if you exert much.
There are still bunches of tomatoes in the garden..........
Actually, it struck literally. The mrs and I were going out for the evening yesterday and stopped at a light headed out of our small town. Got rear-ended when the lady behind us couldn't stop in time. (Don't really blame her -- it's a nasty slope leading down to the light, and it ices up bad any time it snows (which it did, in spite of what the weather guys predicted).)
No damage other than some scuff marks on the bumpers, but we decided to turn around and go home -- the roads were just too icy.
Holy cow... Lately we've been pounded with elephant snot.
Multiple inches of wet, soggy snow; the stuff that neither shovel nor snow blower will move with any ease. Then rain on top of it. It's shovelling hell, and my driveway is 1500 ft. long. :-(
I'm looking forward to either plus ten degrees or minus ten. But please, no more of this stuff that hovers around freezing.
Makes for a good shovelling workout, but there's no women in spandex like at the gym. ;-)
