I have one of these:

and the finish started coming off in less than 6 months. Also, you have to lubricate it about every 30 days or it seizes up.
Builder agrees it is not a great product but says he does not know of another source.
I thought Baldwin made one, but I can not find it on their web page.
Anyone out there know of other sources for these type locksets ?

Dexter used to b/4 they got bought out. Ives still does I believe. Solid brass that will, but hasn't tarnished yet .
