The restoration I’ve been working on has been going better than I could have possibly imagined . . . until today. One item, a custom made (and ridiculously expensive) range hood which was supposed to be ready last Tuesday, then next Monday, won’t be. The vendor now says, “I never said that” and what was a fast track 3 week production schedule turned into a 6 week schedule, though he would hurry it along as best he could. If I could have reached through the phone, I would have, well, you know.
The work’s been moving ahead of schedule. Every variable has fallen into place in our favor. Everyone is thrilled with the job, and now we’re stuck waiting for this stinking hood. By the way, never use Rangecraft if you either value your time or don’t want to pay up the ying yang and then get burnt for it.
How are we supposed to do our business when the vendors (who keep telling us to use them and send our friends) will lie to our face about delivery and then burn us by not supplying when promised.
