I plan to install a Sterling tub/wall surround in a 2nd bath that will be used as our primary bath while building an addition with a new master bath. Then it will basically be a guest bath. Appreciate your opinions on the product and any installation tips that the manufacturer doesn’t tell you about. Thanks guys,

Nice middle of the road option. Have used several in remods and have one in our place. Not a bad unit really. Yes, its FG, but if you're cool with that, you're probably happy with a Sterling.
