Roof Sheathing Rack
The PlyScaf storage rack puts sheathing where you need it on the job site.
Florida builder Tom Renno figured out that if you have a place to put the sheathing, you can have the crane that’s setting trusses lift the sheathing onto the roof, saving hours of back-breaking labor. His invention, the PlyScaf, is made for this job. The aluminum rack is available in three variants to accommodate most truss roofs. The rig can’t be set up over openings and it requires additional bracing to strengthen the wall, but it strikes me as a very smart idea. Based on his current sales, over 1000 other builders agree.
