The original 1450 SqFt residence is located in the heart of Denver’s thriving Highland Neighborhood. Due to its’ sought after location, our client wanted to transform the existing structure into his forever home with a budget of $800,000. New programming would allow for an expanded rear living room, remodeled kitchen, ground floor master suite, new second floor containing two guest bedrooms, a single guest bath and a detached oversized 2-car garage.
