Edina Ranch House Addition & Remodeling
comments (0) November 27th, 2012 in Project GalleryCarlsen & Frank Architects designed this addition and remodeling of a one story ranch house in Edina, Minnesota. A new exterior front entrance was added, an interior entrance hall and mud room created between the house and the attached garage. The one story addition off the rear is a dining and living area with vaulted ceiling and built-in cabinets dividing the space. The original galley kitchen was remodeled, modifications were made to the living room, including an updated fireplace surround and mantle. A deck and patio are located to the rear of the house leading to the owner's extensive garden.
