I use thing all the time. Easy set up, accurate small, light weight and powerful to even cut through IPE. I love this thing. And then there’s the worm drive for anything it can't handle. Yanni City Properties

Truly a great litle saw. I use one for finishing work all day long. I find it quick to set up, acurate and very portable. It's only limitation is one of width of cut, however for the few times that I need a larger table I use a skill saw with a strait edge. JM Finising B.C.

I own this saw and I love it but I must add it is not my only table saw. I have 2 others one Delta cabinet saw that needless to say never leaves the shop and a Jet contractors saw that on larger trim jobs will get moved to the job site along portable dust collection. But the DeWalt745 is in my van all the time it is easy to setup easy to move and does all the day to day jobs a trim carpenter does on site from day to day. No it can not compare to a belt drive cast iron top contractors saw or a full cabinet delta with a 54" fence but that is not what this table saw it about. Direct drive portable saws are not made for building furniture or custom cabinets on a daliy bases. This saw is true portable saw It is not a saw for someone for if you are looking for one saw that is your only table saw you are better off with one of the larger saws ether a bigger direct drive saw or better yet a smaller belt drive contractor's saw with a solid fence. But if you need a portable saw that won't take up half your van and is easy on your back to setup and put away at the end of the day and still has the power to do day to day work and has a accurate fence then this is the saw for you. Not to mention it is a DeWalt and can handle day to day use on the job site without pieces falling off every day (not like Delta shopmaster models that are made to be inexpensive and just good enough for the occasional job of a DIYer)
