Set up a cut station for efficient production flooring
For efficiency’s sake, flooring installer Kevin Ward (Wood Floors on a Concrete Slab, FHB #246) sets up every installation job the same way. One part of his set-up is a smart cut station that consists of a chop saw and stand, table saw, and work table. This arrangement allows his crew to work simultaneously and keeps dust and cut-offs out of the installation area. Watch the entire video series on Installing Wood Floors on a Concrete Slab.
