Kitchen addition and expansion. Cabinets and layout were designed by ZS Design, stain color was custom.
Converted second floor screened sleeping room into Master Bath. Water view beyond, designed vanity cabinets. Windows match exterior proportions and design of facades
Opposite view of Master Bath. Created privacy from neighbor by reducing window sizes as well as eliminating need for linen closet with creation of cabinetry within space.

Rear yard one story addition to expand kitchen and create a family room as well as creating an everyday entry that serves as a mudroom, garage entry, and second rear stair as well as connecting the rear cottage to the main house. Terraces were added to the extent of the wetlands setback so as to create outdoor seating and living areas that take advantage of the water views.
