I am planning to build some carriage doors for a barn/garage and really appreciate what you are sharing.
Do you have any more pictures?
Also, in one of your pictures where you are using the router, I see that you have various layers to the door. Could you share what thee layers are?
What materials did you use? I am told that using Engineered-wood is the way to go to avoid warping etc., what is your experience?
Thanks a lot again for sharing your thoughts, your project is looking great!

Look for a video on these doors in a couple of weeks and a feature article in the magazine in about a month.
Thanks,
Dan
When's the video coming out?
In my current issue of FHB there is a full page ad that includes this door. I'm kind of dissapointed there is no video and now I see the other comments are over a year old. What's the story?
Any ETA on the article or videos? I'd like to make a set for my house...
George
Was anything ever posted on this project? I am going to build these doors and any other information would be welcome. The article is still missing a lot of information and more pictures and particularly the video would be useful.
