Maidenrock House is sited on the Mississippi River blufftop

The new house is sited on a bluff top lot views overlooking the Mississippi River. The home is designed to have living spaces all on the main entry level, master bedroom and bath at one end and guest bedroom and bath on the other with living areas between the two. Downstairs is an exercise room, game room, bedroom and utilities. There are several outdoor spaces, a terrace with access to the kitchen, a screen porch off the master bedroom, an outdoor hot tub off the lower level and a detached wood burning sauna linked by a breezeway to the garage.
