ENTRY PERIOD: Entries for the 2018 Danner Boots Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) will be accepted during the period beginning at 8 a.m. ET on December 20, 2018 and ending at 11:59 p.m. ET on January4, 2019 (the “Giveaway Entry Period”). All entries must be received during the Giveaway Entry Period. The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States, including the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico, who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

HOW TO ENTER: To enter the Giveaway, log on to the Fine Homebuilding Facebook page and complete the entry form. Only one entry is allowed per person. Entries are subject to verification and will be declared invalid if they are mechanically reproduced, forged, falsified, altered or tampered with in any way. Entrants must abide by these Giveaway Official Rules and Regulations. Personal information collected through this Giveaway is subject to the Privacy Policy, which is located at http://www.taunton.com/privacy-policy/.
WINNING: On or about January 11, 2019, five (5) winners will be chosen by random selection from among all eligible entries received. The winners will be notified by email within ten (10) days of the selection. The odds of winning will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.
PRIZE/VALUE: Five (5) prizes will be awarded, and each of the five winners will receive:
A Pair of Danner Stronghold Durable Work Boots,
with an approximate retail value (ARV) of $200.00.
TERMS/CONDITIONS: The prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. No substitutions will be allowed for the prizes except by the Sponsor, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be substituted.
Employees, officers, and contractors (including immediate family members and members of the same household) of Sponsor, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, distributors, dealers, retailers, vendors of Sponsor, and all other entities associated with this Sponsor and/or with this promotion, are not eligible. By participating, entrants agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Giveaway Sponsor and its respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents from and against any claims made by winners, entrants, or any other third parties, related in any way to the operation of this Giveaway as well as any other claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in any Giveaway-related activity or participation in this Sweepstakes.
TAXES: Except where prohibited, all federal, state, and/or local tax liabilities, including but not limited to luxury, sales, and income, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner.
CLAIMING PRIZES: Each winner must sign and return a Declaration of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release, including proof of age, within ten (10) days of notification or the prize may be forfeited. (Tennessee residents will not be required to sign a Publicity Release as a condition of winning a prize.)
