Jeffery M. Wolf, 1974 University of Florida Building Construction graduate, established Jeffery M Wolf General Contractor, Inc. in 1992. The company specializes in one-of-a kind luxury homes in the St. Petersburg, Florida area. The company has a major emphasis on green and sustainable construction practices and won three Aurora and Two Grand Aurora awards in the areas of Sustainability and Solar Power at the SEBC for a recently completed project on Treasure Island, Florida. Jeff has served on St. Petersburg’s Planning Commission and Historic Preservation Board since being appointed to this post in 1995.
He serves on the Board of Directors of the Suncoast Chapter of NARI (National Association of the Remodeling Industry).
