I got a great new Carhartt jacket for Xmas. Perfect color, style etc but wrong size. Went back to the store last night and not only didn’t they have any in my size (in any store) but they thought it was not likely they were going to be getting anymore in. Apparently in January they start stocking the Spring merchandise! I just called Carhartt and spoke to a really sweet woman named Bobbi and not only are they willing to exchange it directly but they’re sending (over my protests) a UPS call tag so I don’t even pay return shipping…
Nice to see customer service still has meaning at some places. Now if I can only get Panasonic to do something with my POS car radio that they’ve exchanged twice I’ll be a happy camper…
