Is there some where on the Net an AC Calculator. I would like to find out how big an AC I need for the House. House is 30 X 50.

Bloomburg, NY? (from your profile) 30x50 - built how? Masonry? Frame? How many stories? Insulation? Basement? Crawl space? Slab?

Some guys have referred to the time tested "Manual J". If you want to do it right, you have to do detailed, room by room thermal calcs. The one guy is right ... there is a LOT more information you need to do this. The math ain't complex, but there's a lot of misc. calcs and considerations that you need to account for.
