   Thanks for that. Ya, no escape.

   That palm nailer had been on my 'seems I'm always looking at that when in a store' tool for a year or so anyhow.

   I've had a couple of porter cable guns, and a very similar PC pancake compressor - I'm not all that impressed with their entry level equipment. That compressor is louder than a Metallica concert...and not nearly as willing to vent hot air.Justin Fink - FHB Editorial

   Naw, it has been at $119 for quite a while.  I like to compound my deal: sale price, $25 off $150 purchase, and a nice $25 gift card.  Makes a nice 1-2-3 punch.  That is how I got that hitachi coil framer for $244.

   I've been using the Bostitch to do a seismic retrofit under my house.  I haven't used any other brand, but it's working beautifully, and I couldn't do the job without it.    Well, maybe if I bought one of those smallish dedicated metal connector guns I could still do most of the work...

   I believe I saw this exact same setup at HD the other day for the same price...cept' you'll have to pay tax. The guy that works for me is actually going there right now during our lunch break to check it out and maybe buy it.

   If it was $300 at amazon I think you'd get $50 off which is why its $299...I think.

   I am an idiot; I ordered a roofing nailer and a hose and forgot to use the promo code for $25 off...no, I can't change the order, because I decided to try the free Amazon Prime, and I had it shipped overnight, so it's already out the door.
