It looks like a European combo planer jointer or as the British say planer and thicknesser.

i noticed that it didn't show a fence, in the link you posted the fence doesn't look near as heavy as a standard jointer.i'd like to go look at it,but that is the one tool that i fear,a jointer. if i bought it it would just sit in a corner and in return i would have all 10 fingers avail to run through a saw.lol larryif a man speaks in the forest,and there's not a woman to hear him,is he still wrong?
