I have a large wood siding house. The area I live in is particularly hard on a paint job. I have been investigating a process called liquid vinyl manufactured by a Canadian company named Kryton. It is supposed to put an end to painting and add a R20 insulation coating. Has anyone out there had any experience with this product? Thanks.

I cant see any vinyl coating that could ever give an R- value of R-5 let alone R-20. I am sure it could make a great coating but I would be wary of a vapor lock situation. If you here of this product and get any info please E-mail me with it, sounds interesting. Thanks , Good Luck. Ron Rosa
