looks like a gasket punch..but damn that's some big azz pics!
Leather washers can be cut out with it, I used an asst. of them when I was an organ builder..some 4" in dia. plce leather on a block of endgrain wood or lead, whack the punch with a wooden mallet, viola a disc of leather or a hole in the leather..use what you need.

the entry?hole is 3/8s so maybe the use them to cut rope ends at a hemp factory?
wonder if they are hiring nice warm work for the winter

Merry Christmas and blessed new year.
I have an interesting one somewhere..it's for "drilling" a 1/4" hole in paper or pasteboard. I used to package my wooden snowflakes in a shrinkwraped display, and used to drill the hanging holes with it, it has a morse tapershank for the DP. Makes lots of little dots for confetti.could drill through an inch of paper at a time.

Leather punches. I had a bunch of them back in the sixties during my hippie days before I got into woodworking. I sold all of those tools back in 1970.
Junkhound or rez, would you like to sell any of those?
I have a needfor the 1 -1 1/2" size.

If I had them I wouldn't sell them.
I wonder if Junkhound keeps a lock on his toolshed.
be an unlocked toolshed
Rez: that's toolshed(s) plural <grin>. Oh, and lots of luck, if you don't know where to look you can't find anything past the 'worthless' junk <G some more>
