I’m a home do-it-yourselfer looking for a source to purchase a variety of nails, ie: ringshank, galvanized, framing etc… in various sizes for my Paslode framing nailer and Senco finish nailer.
I don’t need a box of 2500 for each style and size. Does anyone offer smaller quantities? Any ideas or sources?

I hope not!!! I am sitting on nine tenths of a $85 box of galvanized #8s. Needed a few to finish up a siding job. I suppose I will need them again someday but the only thing that would upset me more than having to buy a full box to get a few sticks would be to find out there is a place that sells them by the stick.
Lowe's sells some generic gun nails at reasonable prices.
*Do you know the exact quantity of each you need? Within a dozen or so?
*Oddly enough, I have the same guns. Be happy to mail you some. I've been wary of buying nails outside the gun brand, and the one batch I had to buy -- stainless -- was more prone to jam.In the garage I have 1 1/2", 2" Senco finish, 2" galv. ringshank, 12d galv. and non-galv. Paslode, etc. And some ss 12d, ss 2" finish. If you find someone in your area I bet you can work something out even cheaper. The Paslode boxes are esp. oversize.
*Dear Basement:You bought the guns, so you must figure you have a need for them - why not the nails? If you buy a box of nails that you need only a few hundred of, if nothing else, you will have enough to last the rest of your life! Look at as an investment; unless you think the price of nails is going to go down!!

I appreciate the offer. If I cannot find a retail source, or I cannot make a trade with a professional carpenter, I'll take you up on the offer.
Thanks

try a rental shop, they get a little pricier by the rack though, so wiegh the investment advice against the storage problem. CAN YOU REALLY HAVE TO MANY NAILS . LOL
