Positively identify?
Only one acceptable answer in my opinion: a testing lab. Try "Environmental & Ecological Services" in your yellow pages.

*Aren't they done with PLM (Polarized Light Microscopy) like most of the other forms of Asbestos? i.e. by a lab - around here about $50/per sample.Jeff Clarke
