Average price for basic deck

What is the average price/sq ft you guys charge to build a basic deck.  Nothing fancy, pressure treated lumber etc…   Around here the older guys tell me they used to get $12.  Is this still where the market is?  Any info would be appreciated.

    12.oo is good in NE OH if it's just the run of the mill kind.....fancy ones you gotta figure. 

    There are fast carpenters who care..... there are slow carpenters who care more.....there are half fast carpenters who could care less......

          I wasn't kidding guy, standard deck, off the ground, nothing fancy.

          I hate sq ft, but that is a guide.

    I live a long way from you, but I am curious to know what you pay for pressure treated lumber, and is "all meterials" x2 far out for priceing?
