my bandsaw is making a sound that it was not before, it is a medium octive hum that begins when the saw gets up to speed and lasts untill the blade has slowed almost all the way. What’s wrong?

Bandsaws are notorious for making sounds...
I don't think it's the motor...so blade related...
Your blade has a bend in it and is rubbing on the guides?
the weld in the blade is uneven and rubbing
turn off power, open wheel covers and see where blade is running on wheels-turn by hand...if on the edge, that could be the source...
help this helps,

If I forget to adjust the blade guide blocks, or thrust bearings after I change a blade, sometimes I get that.

it is a constant hum, i can't hear any pulsing-like sound
wheel bushings or bearings are about to give up the ghost....
blade tension is too loose...
