Hello I am trying to bend 1” thick x10” price of Kleer brand pvc trim instead of heat I was going to kerf the back 1/2” deep every 2” it seems to bend easily that way and if I avoid nailing in the kerf hopefully it won’t crack have any one used merging to bend pvc trim instead of heat and had good results?

It would seem to me that you could use glue on the kerfs and end up with a very solid curve. Just thinking.
