Your profile would help so everyone knows where you are to help you with the area market, but its not that cut and dry. There is no reasonable square foot price. Estimating books are just as bad.
Custom is just that. Every item matters when a sub is trying to make a solid bid. All those sub bids plus the GC costs add up to your totals. The value and includes of one sub verses another may be totally different so there are a huge amount of third variables that vary the price, in addition to area and land values.
But to directly answer your question, right here is about the only place.
