Bosch TracRac T3B Portable Miter Saw Sta
Couple of questions?
I tried search and got 0 twice so maybe If some one has a thread with this stand discussed point me at it please.
And I’m aware of this one, http://forums.taunton.com/n/mb/message.asp?webtag=tp-breaktime&msg=88310.1
And one of the questions I have is, and not to insult anybody but are any of you/ me checking where this stuff is made? and if so what importance are you giving the point of origin?
What is it?, How good is it?,How much is it?, where is it made? And can I have it.

Thanks, Ya I've been looking there and around.
I do trust user reports from BTs more so then Amazon. But I do read them.
I also thought that the discount price we are paying for all that good PRC stuff is gonna bite us in the arz.
And I'm willing to pay up for USA if It's even possible.
The other thing is it may not be one set up when it comes to 16' base and then expecting to use the same for 2x12x16'. But I'm hoping.
The endless search for the holy grail of miter saw stands.
Don't have a clue where it's made, but I own one (IIRC I paid around $225ish) and I love it. Very solid, great stability, etc.

I know where its not made. It does matter to me where its made, but the majority of this stuff comes from overseas. I dont think I have any power tools made here and I have all brand name stuff (mostly DW, Bosch, & Paslode).
Even my Werner 18" platform is made out of the country. That bummed me out. I have one Made by gorilla and my second was the werner (thought it was american made), both probably came from the same assembly line just on different sticker days.

Thanks much, nice looking system.
looks great on the website...but, I missed pricing, and dealers, (if any). Was it on the site and I just missed it?"The nearest thing to eternal life we will ever see on this earth is a governmental program" -Ronald Reagan

Built to last and easy to move

thanks...is there a list there? or did you have to call to find out the pricing?"The nearest thing to eternal life we will ever see on this earth is a governmental program" -Ronald Reagan
No prices on the web site, Call in, I talked to the new owner.
He bought the company because he liked the product and thought it didn’t get enough exposure for the quality it is.
This is industrial grade, machined and welded construction not plastic stuff.

I also have the Saw Helper. Mine has 2@ 8'. I have had it for 3 years now and I still love it. I get a lot of, wow thats nice etc. The micro fence (?) has stayed accurate like they said it would. It speeds up jobs like trim & siding were it paid for itself after a couple of jobs. I do use it for framing lumber. But I try not to because I have a nice trim blade in my Makita SCMS. I'm thinking about getting another saw platform for my 10" chop saw so I can still use the setup for framing. It deffinatly helps keep everything square.
Oh, and it's MADE IN AMERICA!All Things Wood!

I have the Trojan MS2000. American made, Bulletproof and not overly expensive. A great saw stand.
