   Thats a neat poster but the way things have been going for me this week it should say "A hundred years from now they will gaze upon my work and still be laughing"..:>)

   That is a neat poster, but it's a coupla guys...needs some grrrls.

   Every time we drive over a bridge that I've worked on, I remind the kids of that fact...they know em all by heart now and tell me to shut up. :)8

   Trying to put my finger on why that is so striking...

   you've given your son the knowledge that with his own hands he can build something that will be around for a long time, and change peoples lives (like the poster)

   Beats hell out of flipping burgers or doing accounting...

   I put a dead man decal on all my boilers.   once I explain what it stands for every HO has been delighted to have it.
