Hello, A customer of mine wants me to reface a few cabinets for her. I’ve been looking around a bit for veneer for the face frames, and was wondering what is better/easier to use – the iron-on type, or the pressure sensitive adhesive.
Thanks, Mike.

Check out this co., call and ask for a sample of fastedge. I've used it and am satisfied. From pvc, finished and unf. wood. Peel and stick. I have not been satisfied with other p & s's. Never really did much work with iron on.

Other times I have used unbacked (raw) wood veneer and contact adhesived (solvent based) it on. However, I have viewed info where contact adh. is not the right way to do it. I can't say that I agree totally, it worked for me on mdf substrait, plywood, pine, oak, etc.
