Can I get an electrical sub-panel with a meter?

I am building a granny flat behind my rental house. In order to determine how much electricity I will use (in the flat) as opposed to my tenant (in the house) I’m thinking of installing a usage meter. I see some on Amazon, digital and analog. But it would be nice if someone made a sub-panel (say, 100 amps) with a built-in meter. Does this exist?

    Seems like you could use a combo meter/service panel with an extra isolated ground buss bar to keep the grounds isolated. (use a service panel as a sub panel, paying attention to grounding requirements of sub-panels)

    You might want a monitor that will offer remote data access.
