Anyone have any alternatives to fiberglass or polycarbonate roofing for a carport? The ripple or square ripple is just not that great looking and yet I need the light to come through. Any other products people have found?

Hmmm -- perhaps treat it like part of the roof of the house and put in some skylights? Of course, those plastic dome skylights aren't so wonderful looking either. But surrounding them with the same material as the rest of the roof would make it look more like it belongs there.

*I have seen ads in the past for flat panels of square cell polycarb. The problem is that you need to add a seam piece where they butt up against each other. I like the skylight idea but it would still be too dark.
