Hello all, 4 years ago I put down a beautiful wood floor in my kitchen.
We went with 10″ wide pine plank finished with polyurethane. A few months ago my wife began using “Mop & Glow” on the floor.
Not a good idea. Now when ever water is spilled on the floor it leaves a white waxy
spot. We need to strip the layers of mop & glow and not hurt the poly.
Any suggestions?

Most manufacturers of floor polishes/finishes have a recommended method of stripping the finish.
If there are no instructions on the container then I suggest you contact the manufacturer as it's normal to strip the finish once in a while to avoid build-up.
IDG.
Thank you,
Yes the bottle says to use a combo of Lysol & Ammonia.
Sounds like a nasty mix to me,but I guess I will give it a try
