I have a smallish walk-in closet that sits off the back of the house over ground. I can see into the space from the basement, but there is only about six inches of clearance – basically no access. The closet is ice cold in winter and very hot in summer. Would stuffing insulation under the closet help in any way? Things that have not helped are: caulking exterior window to closet and sealing air bypasses throughout house.
