Anyone have any experience with dark color sinks? like black?
most sinks in us are white.
price is a factor, but do black sinks show soap scum and water deposits quicker?

we have one of the "fancy" versions of a Kohler bath sink. It is a blue/green/black speckled finished. We are on a well and the water is a little hard, but not that bad. We do have a problem with deposits around the drain hole, but it does clean up pretty well. Except when your mother-in-law takes wet/dry sand paper to the water stains, but then thats a whole different subject :0(
My brother has one in black.
Always looks dirty.

As a plumber I dread when a customer decides on a black fixture. I can't seem to get the clean out of the box look back after touching the thing. Dark colours do have there place when you have water that stains fixtures but stay away from black.
It is like a black car. Depending on how much time and patience you have.
