I have a small apartment project 500 sq ft and the client wants a laundry. Does anyone have experience with these units that wash and dry in the same tub? No venting required for the dryer is a plus as well.
Thanks,

Is this the same type of unit that is put into a motorhome? If yes, I have some experience. They do a fine job of washing, but take a long time. I have never really been satisfied with the drying, so now I just take the clothes directly from the wash cycle and hand them up.
