Is there a good product to fill a several 1/4 -1/2 inch holes (some completely thru)in composite decking? I’d like to reuse some pieces but in order to remove them from other location, several screw holes needed to be enlarged to access stripped screws.

Virus,
I've seen plugs cut and glued in for a decent look.

Thanks sounds reasonable. Has anyone mixed composite shavings with some kind of adhesive/caulk and stuffed in hole?
That sounds 'high effort -- low reward'Go find that router kit--it's a chance to buy tools!
Whiteside has an inlay kit for your router.
It's an 1/8" spiral bit and a collet with removeable tip that will cut perfect inlays inside any pattern you want.
I often use it to make plugs to fill bolt holes and whatnot in salvaged boards.
Kit costs about 40$ I think.
Should work fine in composite decking--make the plug of same material and it will be invisible.
Like Don sez
Plug cutter (tapered type) and correctly sized drill bit.
