I’ve been trying to locate pre-fab concrete steps for my new porch.
nothing fancy, 4 treads 5′ wide.
The only thing I could locate was 4′ wide. But whats even more wierd is we have TONS of concrete plants, factories, etc in the area, I called all and no one does it.
Isn’t that strange?

Well, it's been quite an experience, unfortunately for me I have found nothing.
I found fiberglass thats it.
All the concrete guys are no longer doing it. Apparently there is soooooo much construction going on here right now that they (concrete manufac.) are putting all their efforts into other, more profitable projects :(
So I will have to make them {ugh}
I am no concrete person. I know some stuff but to say I know enough would be a lie.
I've attached a simple diagram (it's probably as good as my skills with real concrete).
Couple questions, should I make the last step the deck/PT band?
Should I add a 4th step that would end just under the wood deck?
Either case the concrete steps would end on the PT board. What should I do to keep water from getting behind the step/board?
Last question. which mix would you use to pour for my mold?
I do not want to paint these, and I want them NOT to look pretty. That doesn't mean I want lumps and stuff, but the theme of the renovation in bungalow/keys so i want the steps to appear more "dated"
thanks for any input-----------------------------------------------------------------------------
