I am beginning to build houses in Georgia, and don’t have a good grip on what I should be paying for concrete work, both footers and flat work.
What do you typically pay for the following, assuming relatively flat sites with no access problems?
1. Formed footers (1′ x 2′ for basement area)?
2. Trench footers, 1′ x 2′, in stable soil, reachable by truck chute?
3. Flat work – drives, sidewalks, standard formed 4″ pour?
4. Basement slabs – standard 4″ pour.
I am interested in labor only – for example, per lin. ft. prices for footers, per sq. ft. for slabs, etc. I always pay directly for materials. Thanks for your help.

You need someone from your town/city to answer this question. I could tell what I pay here in Raleigh NC but it wouldn't mean a darn thing even to someone in another part of this state.
Now, to answer your question, it starts at $35 a cubic yard for flat work, $5 each for pier footers, and $2.50 a foot for trenched strip footers - labor only.
