*Mr. Pulkowski, You also have a post in the help wanted that states you want to do the subing, pay the bills, and do some work(finish). I am a builder based out of Yardley,Pa. with most of my projects on the Mainline of Phila. I my be able to help you but if you are doing 80% of the work, what do you need a builder for? Bill Swales
