We just moved from Seattle, where my wife and I built house. We want to build again, I am looking for a contractor to build with. I want to do some of the work myself, so you have to flexible about dividing the work up, not turn key.

*Mr. Pulkowski, You also have a post in the help wanted that states you want to do the subing, pay the bills, and do some work(finish). I am a builder based out of Yardley,Pa. with most of my projects on the Mainline of Phila. I my be able to help you but if you are doing 80% of the work, what do you need a builder for? Bill Swales
