Does anyone have any experience building curved exterior stairs and handrails. I’ve got a client who wants curves on their deck, not angles

Hello Dave,
I think you will find a fair amount of information in some of the advanced deck building books to aid you. Probably not a step by step guide, but numorous pictures to inspire you.
The best thing I can say to you at this point is they chew up a lot of lumber and at some point are better off made with steel stringers on curves in excess of 270 degrees and several feet in height. They are not all that different than interiors stairs, but cannot rely on glues and the level of fit/finish and you would see on those inside.
If you want help in particulars, you will need to pass along the overall rise/run, radiuses/radii and be prepared to say some of the code requirements in your area.

Ceiling Moulding: Does any one have advice as to how to cope inside mitres on a cathedral ceiling where the side walls are 8' high and the cathedral ceiling reaches to 20'. The cathedral ceiling meets the side wall at a 19' angle. The moulding is similar to the piece shown on page 83,upper left corner, of the May 2000 edition. I would appreciate any information. I would especially appreciate being advised as to the use of a grinder using #80 paper.
