Does anyone know if an Anderson tilt-wash double hung 30310 meets egress requirements. It seems as though it does, but my Anderson catelog doesn’t label which ones are and aren’t. I have a feeling this size window is borderline.
Thanks.

A standardized approach, quick-to-install hardware, and a simplified design make building custom casework cost-effective.

I use a Brosco catalog for Andersens. There is a black diamond next to the window number to designate egress sizes. The smallest double hung that meets this is a 3046. You have to have a clear opening of 5.7 sq. ft. clear width of 20" and clear height of 24".
Beat it to fit / Paint it to match
My catalouge does denominate those meeting egress requirements and the 30310 is not so indicated

Different states have different size requirements for windows needing to satisfy egress.
