I remember reading about a new joint compound that is elastic enough to eliminate the need for taping. I thought I saw it in FHB, but can’t find it.
I like the tapeless idea for corners, so base and crown, etc. fit better. And it should be a time save as well. It would also cost more, so I’d probably use tape in mid-wall or ceiling.
Does anyone know where I might have seen this or know anything about it?
