Try http://www.argoindustries.com
Argo makes electric boilers for hydronic heating. When I visited their website it was of little help. If you strike out, e-mail me, and I can scan a copy of my brochure and send it to you. I warn you, though, my booklet is from 1993. Try a local plumbing supply. They can probably give you more up-to-date info.
*Any water heater should work if its properly sized. What are you asking/assuming, exactly?
*Gene, as long as you are willing to spin your electric meter so fast, why not just put electric cable in the floor and skip the plumbing, pumps, and fluid? If you've got no natural gas, propane or oil available (or if you are heating a small area) it makes sense. Your electrical bill will be the same going with cables and skipping the water heater. The installation will be a lot easier. -David
