I don't. It's already made with ext. glue. But if you wish, go with West Systems. It must be painted tho' epoxy breaks down in UV light.

I would trust your opinion so if you don't feel the need to seal, I am not going to create more work for myself.
Thanks. Kieran
Unless it would be practically submerged, it is unneeded as a rule. Prime and paint will do ya fine.Spheramid Enterprises Architectural Woodworks

Thanks again. I always appreciate the expert input. Kieran
The 'sign' board that I use for my professional signs is Omega (aluminum sheet laminated both sides of plywood) - I sandwich it (frame it) all around with Azek brickmold both sides - done deal.

I used MDO for a pontoon blat deck (19 years ago, 6000 hours over salt water)
Seal the edges and any penetrations with a real good paint (I used a poly fortified enamel) it will hold up forever.
The only bad spot I have was a penetration I made later and didn't seal.
Thanks. Any particular brand of paint you recommend?
I used Red Devil poly urethane enamel but I haven't been able to find it lately. I really liked that stuff. Some T 111 I painted with it about the same time in 1990 is still looking great. I guess it was too good.
