I'm thinking that is how Andy Clifford got his.
Seems like it would be a lot of work pulling them out of the printer though

Piffin-- You put the (late)Bert & I to shame! Let's hope Andy doesn't use Your screws to put up those shingles.
that is exactly what andy did...Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming<!----><!----><!---->

I was looking into this awhile back and found the following site:
http://www.woodroof.com/
I haven't bought from them yet, so I can't speak from experience there. Be aware though, you have to buy in quantity, and make sure you understand the shipping charges, most importantly, getting them the last mile to your site. This may require a local carrier with a smaller truck and this cost is not include in the "up-front" shipping costs. Also, make sure you know what is required to off-load the shipment; the local carrier may be able to provide a fork lift or whatever.
i just paid 54 bucks a bundle here at the lumberyard...Oregon
I bought 18" #1 R&R shingles pre-primed from builddirect. Good price, fast delivery to my driveway.
