It's so easy it may blow your mind:
On the last cell you typed that into, click the cell once to highlight in. Now, that little black square you see in the bottom right corner of that cell; click (your pointer should turn into a small +) and hold the mouse button down and drag it straight down to line 240.

Also, ctrl-x is cut instead of using edit (cut)
ctrl-c is copy
ctrl-v is past
F4 is repeat typing...there's a million shortcuts with Microsoft software.

I been around excell for close to tewnty years but never really played with it. Lately Boss is trying to seperate the man from the boys and forcing a couple of us to get very good withexcell and others. We got 17 techs, Three are on computer, I am one of them, six cannot read or write. The other you have to grab by the ears. In a very rapidy back and forth movement and high voice say "Do your fricken job"
