Fantech Mounted In One Piece Shower?
Looking to use the remote Fantech to vent my one piece shower. Would like the light/fan combo unit. Can I mount this directly inside the one piece shower/tub (with integral ceiling?)? Uses a MR16 halogen bulb…is this protected from the occasional splash? Code problems?
The switch must be mounted out of arms reach from the tub?
Thanks.

Don't know about codes. You electrician will be able to answer those Q's but this is a very good unit. Only complaints i've had are from people who don't think it's running because it's so quiet
Excellence is its own reward!
What you need to do is to see if it is labled for wet areas.
Hi Bill. I believe the Fantech is indeed labelled this way.
