Fine Homebuilding past issue question

I hope one of you can help me locate a past issue of FHB (though there is a small chance what I am looking for comes from a past issue of Taunton Press’s Fine Gardening).
In any case, I am trying to hunt down a pictorial that showcased various picket fences. One of those fences included bird figures cut into the tops of random pickets.
I’d be grateful if this jogs someone’s memory and you can suggest the volume number of the issue that includes the article I am hunting.
