I am installing an Ipe floor in my kitchen. I would like to know if anyone had any suggestions as to the finishing. I would like to keep the natural color of the wood.

My only experience with a finish that has worked on IPE consistently is Sikkens. You can also contact Ironwoods Corp. @ http://www.ironwoods.com They may have some other instructions. Be sure your moisture content of your subfloor and your Ipe your going to install are at the same reading or the ipe will move significantly.
